Starehe Boys Centre and School

Starehe as a centre for bright needy boys, aims at offering homely support and a holistic education founded on strong principles of discipline, character formation and leadership development.

Admission to Starehe boys Centre is a rigorous process that aims at ensuring only the most deserving students are admitted.
One must complete and submit the Yellow Form before July 31 each year. Please note that the Yellow Forms are free and can be picked from the schools reception during working hours.

The Yellow Form is confidential and all information in it is treated as such. In January each year, the list of admitted students is pinned in the school notice board near the main office and invitation letters are sent to all admitted students.

Factors considered when admitting students:

* The boy must have filled the “Yellow Form”
* The boy must have chosen Starehe as the first choice in his secondary school choices.
* Level of need
* Academic qualification based on K.C.P.E. Results
