Maasai High School
As of January 2011 we have 610 students enrolled in our primary and high school. By end of 2010, 51 students have graduated from our high school. Some have moved on to college, while others have not.
The aim of Maasai High School is to increase educational opportunities for hundreds of Maasai children who otherwise not have the chance to attend high school. This school has become very popular because of its unique approach to formal education. The school takes Maasai cultural heritage into account and is economically affordable for hundreds of pastoralists in Kajiado Dstrict
It is our objective to build a high school in the area and enable more students to further their studies beyond primary school.
The high school will have a vocational training component which will offer students real life skills in addition to academic knowledge
