Kericho High School
Kericho High School is located in the Ainamoi constituency in Township . The school is part of the Kericho district in the Rift Valley province of Kenya. The Address of this secondary school is 252 Kericho
The school started on 15th June 1959 with 11 boys. It remained a single stream in the sixties and two streams in the seventies.
Started ‘A’ levels in 1972.
Student’s population has grown tremendously from 120 in the 60’s 400 in the 70’s and currently stands at 1197.
Draws 60% of its student from Kericho District, 35% from other district of Districts of Rift Valley Province and 5% from the rest of the country.
The school has proceded further up to the point of developing a cyber cafe in the school where teachers and even students can access learning materials from the web.
